Order Terms and Information

Place your order by:
1. Telephone: (541) 345-6877 (7:30am – 4:00pm Pacific Time, Monday - Friday, excluding Holidays)
2. Facsimile: (541) 345-6277 (24 hour fax line) - all faxed orders are acknowledged.

4. On-Line: Just go to our On-Line Request Form to submit an order request via email.

Payment Options:
1. Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express (for domestic US orders only).
2. Purchase Order: Net 30 day invoice terms available upon credit approval or prior established account only.
3. Wire Transfer Export (international) orders require payment by wire transfer.

Terms:  All orders are F.O.B. Eugene, Oregon USA. shipping charges are prepaid and added to the invoice. 

Incoterms: CIF, DDU (deliver duty unpaid).

Minimum order: A $20.00 minimum order is required to avoid a nominal handling charge.

Delivery:  We will ship orders by most economical means, usually by Ground unless Air delivery is requested. We normally ship via UPS or FED EX. Please let our sales department know if you have any special shipping requirements and we will try to accommodate them.

Quotes / Custom Orders:  For international or custom order pricing requests, please contact our sales department for a written quotation.

Returns:  Please contact the Customer Service department for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within thirty days of receipt. We offer replacement or exchanges only. All returns must be pre-authorized and shipped prepaid.

Pricing:  Contact us for a quote. Prices are in US Dollars.

Warranty: Amber Science warrants most products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for up to one year. Some exclusions apply, see manual for warranty details or contact us for more information on warranty, exclusions and limited liability.
