Payment Options:
1. Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express (for domestic US orders only).
2. Purchase Order: Net 30 day invoice terms available upon credit approval or prior established account only.

Terms:  All orders are F.O.B. Eugene, Oregon USA. Freight charges are prepaid and added to the invoice.  Credit Card orders are welcome, Visa and MasterCard and American Express are accepted for domestic orders.  Customers who need to pay with e-check can send payment thru our Paypal account; please contact us prior to using this electronic payment method.   Corporate, Government and Educational accounts may send Purchase Orders with Net 30 payment terms.  Prior established account or credit approval is required for Net 30 terms.

Delivery:  Most items in stock and can be shipped within 72 hours. We will ship orders by most economical means, usually by Ground unless Air delivery is requested. We normally ship via UPS or FED EX. Please let our sales department know if you have any special shipping requirements and we will try to accommodate them.

Quotes / Custom Orders:  For international, custom order or multi-quantity pricing requests, please contact our sales department for a written quotation.

Returns:  Please contact the Customer Service department for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within thirty days of receipt. We offer replacement or exchanges only. All returns must be pre-authorized and shipped prepaid.
